Before we talk about changing your life...
Who did you have to become
...to feel loved?
...to avoid rejection?
...to feel safe?
...to keep the peace?
...so people wouldn't leave?
...to get approval?
...
Now let me ask you one more question.
Not because you have to. Because you've practiced them for so long they feel like you.
What if none of those were ever who you were?
What if they were simply who you learned you needed to become?

"Awareness is getting people stuck. What comes after awareness?"
You read the books. You did the therapy. You can explain exactly why you are the way you are, and somehow the same shit keeps showing up in a different outfit.
Because understanding the pattern and living differently are two different things.
The strong one. The successful one. The caretaker. The easy one. The one who doesn't need much. The one who always has it together.
You practiced those ways of being because somewhere along the way, they worked.
And eventually, something you practiced started feeling like who you are.
The life you're living isn't proof of who you are. It's a reflection of what you've practiced.
And once you can see what you've been practicing, you get to decide whether it still gets to choose your life.
You don't need another version of yourself to become.
You need a way to understand what's happening inside you without letting it unconsciously choose your life.
The first three change the way you relate to yourself. Choose is where you start changing your life.
The point isn't to never be scared, triggered, uncertain, or human again.
It's being able to choose your life while you are.
Understand. Listen. Accept. Choose.
And then go live your fucking life.
For years I thought the answer was learning more, so I did.
Functional neurology. Somatic work. Applied kinesiology. Emotional processing. Trauma. The nervous system.
And eventually I noticed something I couldn't ignore: you can understand yourself really fucking well and still keep recreating the same life.
Including me.
That changed my work. I became less interested in how much we could understand about ourselves and much more interested in what happens after awareness.
Can you stay with yourself? Can you tell yourself the truth? Can you make a different choice? Can you create a life around what you actually want, even when some part of you is scared to have it?
That's the work I'm interested in.

Sometimes it's a massive breakthrough. Sometimes it's realizing you just handled something completely differently. Both count.
Social anxiety so severe she struggled to leave the house. One session later, what started at a 10 was a 2.
"I didn't know that was possible."
Social anxiety / One sessionShe didn't spend a year becoming more self-aware. She practiced making different choices until the way she actually lived changed.
Private Coaching / One yearKyle realized he'd been using everyone else being okay as evidence that he was okay. He started making decisions without needing everyone else to approve of them.
Sovereignty / ChoiceKristi's car died in the middle of an already overwhelming day. She handled it, and still took herself on the date she'd planned.
Self-trust / Real lifeSame humans.
More choice.
Very different lives.

The conversation you've been avoiding: you had it.
The relationship that required you to abandon yourself: you stopped.
The thing you've wanted but kept finding very intelligent reasons not to do: you did.
You stopped needing everyone else to be okay before you could be okay.
You stopped confusing fear with a reason not to move.
You became someone who can want more without immediately making yourself wrong for what you already have.
And a year from now, there is actual evidence of those choices.
In your relationships.
Your work.
Your money.
Your body.
The way you spend your days.
The people you let close to you.
The things you finally let yourself have.
You're still human.
You still get scared. You still get triggered. You still have patterns.
They just don't get to architect your life anymore.
You do.
Understand.
Listen.
Accept.
Choose.
And then go live your fucking life.
